-Flat rate: an agreed upon price for the complete scope  of project.

-Hourly Rate: current rate is $95.00 per hour

-Color Consultation: $125.00 up to 4 color selections

-Staging-price list upon request. Will vary depending on how many rooms are to be staged.

-Percentage of Project Fee:  Compensation is  calculated as a percentage markup on the total project cost, including furnishings, accessories etc. Typically a cost plus scenario. ID Interiors has accounts at many locations & the discounts are passed on to clients at an agreed upon percentage. Client will pay less than retail.

-Per Square Foot:  May apply to new construction, model homes.
